On Wednesday September 19, Whole Foods Buckhead will donate 5% of it's net sales to the Buckhead Heritage Society. Below are the details that I received in an email from the Buckhead Heritage Society:
Whole Foods team members are part of the local community and they arepassionate about supporting the local causes that are important to theirshoppers and neighbors. Several times a year, stores hold community giving days(otherwise known as “5% Days”) where five percent of that day’s net sales aredonated to a local nonprofit or educational organization. The groups thatbenefit from these 5% Days are as varied as the communitiesthemselves. Buckhead Heritage sincerely thanks Whole Foods Buckhead forselecting our organization to benefit from its 5% Day this quarter!

**While writing this I clicked on the Buckhead Heritage link and literally got lost in the stories for 30 minutes. Definitely go check it out, it is full of fascinating information on Buckhead and it's history.
