Chef/Owner Mimmo Alboumeh brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge to the restaurant he and a business partner opened December 2011. Alboumeh, who has lived in Italy and Spain and so has been immersed in some of the world's best food-centric cultures, offers a menu that blends tradition and creativity. Items are fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced. Servers are eager to please. This is the sort of place where you can dress casual, have a beer and chat with friends, without compromising on food quality.
