In April I was invited to come and tour the St. Regis Atlanta Hotel and Residences. Martha and I have stayed at the hotel before and had drinks both at both the St. Regis Bar and The Wine Room, so I was familiar with that part of the development. I posted about our birthday celebration earlier this year Here. I was not as familiar with the Residences, but had been in a couple of the units before the current owner, Tavistock Group, purchased the hotel and residences in February of 2011.
I was most excited to be able to bring my camera in and take photos of the four decorated show homes that were built out and finished by some of the top custom home builders and interior designers in Atlanta. Involved were interior designers Stan Topol, Suzanne Kasler, and Patricia McLean along with custom builders The Berndsen Company, Hixon Homes and Malone Construction. There are 29 remaining homes for sale at the St. Regis of the 53 total units. These homes range from 3,200 square feet to more than 7,200 square feet.
